Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy:
- The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled, either through the website or app or offline by calling the restaurant or our call center.
- Cancellation of Order by Customer will not be taken after 60 seconds of order placement.
- Cancellation of Order by Customer is applicable for orders placed via App and is not applicable for orders placed from any other source.
- Cancellation of order will not be allowed once the delivery executive reaches the Customer Location.
- We do not accept return items.
- Cancellation will be free if order is not delivered till 60 mins for regular days and 90mins during festivals (festivals/big occasions like New Year eve, Ganesh Festival, Christmas, Diwali, etc). You can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.
- In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by restaurant. This refund will be returned on the actual source within 5 to7 working days. However, restaurant is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.
